Job Description
CashXpress Nigeria Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our customer base. This role involves overseeing the entire customer acquisition funnel through the application of data, creativity, and results-oriented strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute impactful digital acquisition campaigns.
- Enhance the customer acquisition funnel from initial traffic to loan activation.
- Evaluate campaign performance and manage associated budgets.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech or digital lending sectors.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and marketing analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication skills.
