Job Description

The EMEA Talents Consortium is in search of enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketers to become a key part of a distinguished real estate firm in Abuja. This full-time position is perfect for candidates who excel in formulating and implementing effective marketing strategies for properties and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Generate leads and successfully close property sales.
  • Enhance online presence and nurture client relationships.
  • Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, a proven sales track record, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools and social media marketing.

Compensation: ₦100,00 monthly plus a 7.5% commission on each property sold.
