Job Description
Yemsays Properties and Investments Limited seeks a full-time Marketer to drive property sales and client acquisition. The successful candidate will source and close sales, develop and implement lead-generating marketing strategies, manage client follow-ups from inquiry to closing, conduct inspections and presentations, and collaborate with the digital marketing team.
- Requirements: 2–3 years in real estate marketing or sales, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, self-motivated, and located in or willing to relocate to the Ajah or Lekki axis.
- Compensation: from ₦200,00/month plus commission and bonuses, access to verified listings, accommodation for top performers, and career growth opportunities.
