Job Description
The EMEA Talents Consortium is actively seeking motivated and results-oriented Marketers to join a well-established real estate firm located in Abuja. This full-time role involves the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for various properties, generating leads, managing listings, and successfully closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement effective marketing strategies
– Generate leads and facilitate property transactions
– Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
– Demonstrated marketing expertise with a successful sales track record
– Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
– Familiarity with CRM tools and social media marketing
Compensation: ₦100,00 monthly plus a 7.5% commission for each property sold.
