Job Description
Oris Consulting is actively seeking a proactive Market Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on driving sales performance and increasing brand visibility across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure comprehensive brand coverage.
- Track daily and monthly sales performance metrics.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for the sales team.
- Manage stock levels and perform financial reconciliations with distributors.
Qualifications:
- BSc or HND degree.
- Excellent quantitative and communication skills.
- Proficiency in smartphone applications.
