Job Description
We seek a Marine Operations Officer to coordinate vessel operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage schedules, and coordinate with port authorities and crew. Responsibilities include voyage planning, overseeing vessel maintenance, conducting risk assessments, enforcing environmental and statutory standards, and supporting emergency response and maritime logistics.
- Qualification: degree in maritime studies or related field.
- Experience: minimum 3 years offshore or shipboard experience.
- Skills: leadership, navigation knowledge, and strong communication.
- Certifications: valid STCW; GMDSS preferred.
Ideal candidates demonstrate proven operational leadership, strict attention to safety, and effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
