Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee staff and equipment operations, ensuring output quality and compliance with specifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Confirming and supervising staff and equipment operations.
- Executing exception tracking and responding to quality issues.
- Providing responses to internal and customer needs.
- Supervising product Q-TIME control.
- Reviewing staff performance and discipline according to 6S standards.
Location: Taiwan
Education Level: University/Master
Working Hours: Night Shift: 19:00-07:00
Pay: 43,00 TWD and above
