Job Description
Lead daily AML, sanctions, and fraud operations to detect, prevent, and remediate financial crime. Manage case intake, investigations, SAR filings, and regulatory reporting while upholding robust quality controls.
- Oversee transaction monitoring, QA reviews, and responses to regulatory examinations.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and IT to enhance controls, streamline workflows, and drive remediation efforts.
- Maintain metrics and continuous improvement of monitoring systems and processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ experience in financial crime or compliance, strong AML/KYC/sanctions expertise, analytical mindset, and experience with monitoring systems. CAMS or equivalent certification preferred.
