Job Description
Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited is actively seeking a meticulous MIS Executive – HR to become a vital member of our team in Lagos. This full-time position involves overseeing HR-related data management, generating comprehensive reports, and enhancing HR processes through in-depth data analysis.
The key responsibilities for this role include maintaining HR databases, producing reports on attendance, payroll, and recruitment, as well as collaborating with HR teams to optimize processes via automation.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration, along with 1-3 years of experience in HR MIS. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HRMS or SAP software is preferred.
