Job Description
ITC WORLDWIDE is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a strong background in SaaS sales and Microsoft products. In this role, you will serve as a Technical Account Sales Professional, understanding clients’ technical needs and addressing inquiries.
Candidates should have at least 7 years of SaaS sales experience, especially with Microsoft Cloud Pricing, and be open to travel for client meetings. Required certifications include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Projects.
