Job Description
The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler I organizes and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. This role creates work orders, schedules technicians and contractors, manages spare parts inventory, and maintains the CMMS. You will develop maintenance schedules, estimate labor and material needs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Preferred: technical diploma or associate degree and basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and clear communication
- Familiarity with maintenance software; entry-level maintenance or production experience is a plus
