Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Personnel to maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform corrective repairs.
- Repair or replace defective fixtures and fittings; maintain accurate repair logs and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; report major issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Support event setup, keep the maintenance workshop organized, and provide technical assistance to other departments as needed.
