Job Description
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, a modern hotel chain situated in Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan, is actively seeking a committed Maintenance Officer to join our team in Jabi, Abuja (FCT). This role involves conducting inspections of buildings and grounds to identify repair needs, managing minor repairs such as painting, plumbing, and landscaping, as well as overseeing external contractors for necessary services. The ideal candidate will implement preventive maintenance schedules to avert equipment issues, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintain precise logs of maintenance activities, and perform general grounds maintenance.
