Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility and equipment maintenance at Terraform Restaurant & Bar. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, air conditioning, generators, pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep. You will respond to guest and staff requests, supervise maintenance staff and vendors, lead troubleshooting, repairs, root-cause analysis, and cost optimization, and maintain logs and reports for major issues.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; 3–5 years’ maintenance management experience (hospitality or beverage/manufacturing preferred).
- Skills: Hands-on leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and planning.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month.
