Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our facility’s maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and safety of our equipment and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance personnel, developing maintenance schedules, and enforcing safety protocols. The Maintenance Manager will also address equipment issues and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in maintenance management, and excellent problem-solving capabilities. A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
