Job Description
De Talents is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Facility Supervisor in Lagos. This full-time role includes responsibilities such as conducting daily inspections of service equipment, developing maintenance checklists, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the supervisor will manage the maintenance team, monitor service equipment to minimize downtime, and assist with procurement and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision
- Relevant engineering and health & safety certifications are a plus
