Job Description
HAL seeks an experienced Lounge Supervisor to oversee daily lounge operations, supervise bartenders, servers, cleaners and security, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, monitoring staff appearance and punctuality, handling customer complaints, maintaining cleanliness and ambiance, managing inventory and cash checks, reporting incidents, and supporting staff training.
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
- Proven hospitality experience with strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays; fit for night shifts
Full-time, on-site position. Competitive, negotiable salary starting at ₦70,00/month.
