Job Description
Emiliodecor seeks a professional Lounge Manager to oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding guest service. The role includes supervising, training, and scheduling staff; managing inventory and supplier relations; handling guest inquiries and complaints; upholding cleanliness and safety standards; tracking sales and preparing reports; and supporting events.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in hospitality management or customer service
- Skills: strong leadership, communication, organization, multitasking under pressure, and customer-focused attitude
Full-time. Compensation: ₦100,00/month with accommodation provided.
