Job Description
Swift Consulting seeks a Logistics Manager to oversee fleet and transport operations in Ikeja, Lagos. You will manage vehicle movements, monitor maintenance and performance, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, optimize routes to reduce costs, and cultivate strong vendor and client relationships. Lead and train logistics staff, prepare budgets and performance reports, and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of logistics/fleet experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
