Job Description
Join ZIM as a Logistics Coordinator, where you’ll be responsible for:
- System updates for Out of Sequence (OOS) containers and EDI errors.
- Verification of off dock reports received from vendors/docks/logistics teams.
- Processing container status confirmation slips for refund applications.
- Preparing full export load lists for terminals.
- Preparing stemming letters and LPO for stemmed units.
- Daily monitoring of terminal activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in maritime, shipping, or related disciplines.
- 0-3 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
