Job Description
Future Moves Recruitment Agency is on the lookout for a dedicated Logistics and Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cargo movement, tracking shipments, and delivering outstanding customer support throughout the shipping process. This role merges logistics operations with client service to ensure efficient handling and elevated customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize cargo pickup, transport, and delivery.
- Monitor shipments and provide updates to clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.

Qualifications:
