Job Description
ETC Workforce Services Limited is actively seeking a proactive Logistics Officer to enhance our fleet by sourcing additional trucks and drivers while overseeing daily logistics operations to ensure the efficient delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with truck owners and drivers to expand the fleet.
- Develop strong partnerships with transport providers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and compliance checks.
- Monitor fleet availability to support operations.
- Plan and track shipments efficiently.
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management and logistics operations.
- Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
