Job Description
TeamAce is looking for a committed Loan Recovery Officer to oversee the management and recovery of delinquent loans while ensuring adherence to our internal policies and applicable regulatory standards. This essential role contributes to the financial sustainability of our institution by effectively minimizing non-performing loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recovery process of delinquent loans.
- Engage with defaulting clients to facilitate timely repayments.
- Negotiate repayment terms when necessary.
- Accurately maintain the loan recovery tracker.
- Recommend accounts for potential legal action.
- Perform field visits to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in loan recovery.
- In-depth understanding of recovery procedures.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
