Job Description
Express Resource Connect is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Loan Officer to enhance our team. This role includes evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and making informed recommendations for loan approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly evaluate loan applications and supporting documentation.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments.
- Foster customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of credit principles.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Salary: ₦80,00 – ₦100,00 per month.
