Job Description

Royal Credit Limited, a leading Fintech company based in Ikeja, Lagos, is on the lookout for a committed Loan Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role focuses on managing the recovery of overdue loans.

As a Loan Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for regularly contacting customers, advising them on available payment options, and negotiating appropriate payment plans. We welcome applicants with SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc qualifications, along with 0-1 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in tele-collections or customer service is advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, and candidates must own a smartphone.
