Job Description
Beryl Springs Limited, also known as Goharvest International Limited, is a fintech company providing quick loans to customers through an online process. We are currently seeking a Loan Collection Specialist in Ikeja, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
Manage overdue loan recovery by contacting customers regularly, advising on payment options, and negotiating suitable repayment plans. Provide accurate feedback on customer interactions.
Requirements:
Candidates should have an SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc with up to 1 year of experience. Previous tele-collections or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential. A smartphone is required.
