Job Description
Alali Bar and Lounge is seeking a dependable full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience, basic knife skills, the ability to follow recipes precisely, and the stamina to work long, fast-paced shifts. A Food Handler card is required or the willingness to obtain one; punctuality is essential.
- Preferred: experience in busy kitchens, familiarity with multiple stations, or culinary school training.
- Responsibilities: prepare menu items to established standards, maintain a clean and organized station, and support teammates during service.
