Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is seeking qualified Nigerian nationals for the position of Line Chef at our headquarters in Ibadan.
Position: Line Chef
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Location: Ibadan
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide kitchen assistants.
- Effectively manage and organize section stock.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef on daily specials.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the shift supervisor.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications: A National Diploma in Hospitality and Management with two years of relevant experience. Certification in Food Safety is advantageous.
