Job Description
SnappyCX is currently looking for a skilled Legal Sales Consultant to drive growth in our legal services. In this role, you will manage inbound inquiries, conduct consultations, and foster strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and schedule paid consultations.
- Conduct calls and emails to assess client needs.
- Effectively present our service packages.
- Follow up with leads through various communication channels.
- Update and maintain the sales pipeline in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in legal sales or B2B consultative sales.
