Job Description
Bradfield Consulting seeks a motivated Legal Associate with 2–3 years post-call experience at a reputable law firm. The role includes legal research; drafting opinions, contracts, pleadings, and motions; supporting corporate transactions, due diligence, and compliance; assisting in court under supervision; communicating with clients and regulators; managing case files; and performing administrative tasks.
- Qualifications: LL.B, B.L and admission to the Nigerian Bar (or relevant jurisdiction).
- Required skills: proven drafting and research ability, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and high integrity.
- Technical: proficiency with MS Office and legal research platforms.
