Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Legal and Compliance Officer to join Talenthub HR Network. In this role, you will be responsible for Contract Drafting and Management, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Litigation and Dispute Management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a BL qualification and call to the Nigerian Bar are mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦350,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
