Job Description
Oaks & Acorns Montessori School in Abuja is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Shadow Teacher to provide personalized support to a child within a Montessori setting. The ideal candidate will engage in classroom activities, foster social and academic skills, and promote independence while adhering to the Montessori philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized assistance during classroom activities.
- Support the child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Encourage independence while preserving classroom harmony.
Qualifications: A minimum of NCE, ND, HND, or a degree in Education is preferred. Previous experience with children and strong communication skills are essential.
