Job Description
We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and evaluate training strategies that build skills and leadership across the organization. You will conduct needs assessments, develop curricula, manage the LMS and vendors, oversee training budgets, and measure program effectiveness. The role requires partnering with HR and business leaders to align learning to goals, coaching managers, and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5+ years in L&D, strong facilitation, instructional design, project management, and analytics skills. Excellent communication and change management experience required.
