Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a qualified Learning and Development Manager for our client in the healthcare services sector in Abuja, Nigeria. This role involves designing and implementing effective learning programs that support the organization’s strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, collaborating with business leaders, developing training plans, delivering engaging training sessions, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with a Master’s preferred, and possess 8-10 years of relevant experience.
