Job Description
We invite you to become part of Food Concepts Plc as a Kitchen Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee food preparation operations around the clock for over 10 Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), guaranteeing timely delivery of 100%. Key responsibilities include upholding food safety standards, training staff, and accurately documenting processes in real time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in centralized food preparation operations.
- Demonstrated 95% or higher on-time delivery record.
- Proficient in food safety, HACCP regulations, and inventory management.
- Availability for flexible shifts is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₦180,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
