Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations at Jobmag. The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen staff, uphold culinary excellence, and guarantee the efficient preparation and delivery of high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen personnel, including scheduling and training.
- Ensure adherence to culinary standards and food safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory and kitchen supply management.
- Collaborate with chefs to facilitate seamless service.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Kitchen Manager.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
