Sheraton Lagos Hotel, part of Marriott International, seeks a Full‑Time Junior Sous Chef to support the Executive/Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Based at 30 Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Lagos, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise cooks, ensure food quality and safety, assist with menu execution, and contribute to staff training and development.
