Job Description
We seek a disciplined Debt Recovery Officer to contact overdue customers by phone, email, and in person; negotiate repayment plans; conduct asset recovery; prepare accurate reports; ensure legal and regulatory compliance; issue demand and reminder letters; and analyze loan portfolios to minimize losses. Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications: HND or BSc in Finance or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in debt recovery/collections (microfinance preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management abilities, high integrity, and proficiency in MS Office.
