Job Description
Stage School is seeking a dedicated Junior Personal Assistant (PA) to provide essential support to our Managing Director. This role involves overseeing the daily activities of a small group of children outside of school, ensuring their well-being and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan enriching activities for children.
- Manage schedules, lessons, and special events.
- Order and oversee necessary supplies.
- Assist the Managing Director with various tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and children’s progress.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
