Job Description
Eunoia Law is currently looking for a talented Junior Associate to become part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and briefs related to corporate and commercial transactions. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, assisting in mergers and acquisitions, and performing due diligence investigations.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law and hold a Call to Bar Certificate. We offer a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦70,00.00 to ₦80,00.00.
All applicants must have completed their National Youth Service Corps.
