Job Description
We are seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot user issues, configure workstations, and support network operations. The role includes on-site and remote assistance, documentation of solutions, and collaboration with staff in a fast-paced office environment.
- Requirements: associate degree or equivalent experience; 1+ year in technical support.
- Technical skills: Windows and macOS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS), helpdesk tools.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
- Attributes: strong communication, dependable problem-solving, ability to prioritize under pressure.
