Job Description
ZEEQ TECH HUB is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-line support for our software platform. The role involves diagnosing performance and configuration issues via phone, email, chat, and in-person; onboarding and training new users; logging and tracking tickets; and escalating complex issues to Engineering and Product teams with timely follow-up.
- Prepare weekly issue-trend reports and assist QA during releases
- Collaborate on recurring bugs and feature requests
- Exhibit professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Compensation: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month.
