In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and management of critical devices essential for our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the functionality of warehouse hardware during your shift.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain operational integrity of devices and resolve IT challenges quickly.
- Report technical problems and manage network infrastructure effectively.
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong technical knowledge and computer skills.
- Fluency in both English and Romanian is a must.
