Job Description
TeamAce is on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Officer to oversee daily IT operations, diagnose hardware and software issues, and provide assistance with inventory management systems and warehouse technologies. The successful candidate will deliver technical support, install and maintain computer systems and networks, and ensure the seamless functioning of warehouse technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and networks efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory and warehouse management software effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support role.
Salary: N250,00 – N300,00 Monthly.
