Job Description

Summitech is on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Officer to ensure the efficient functioning of our computer systems, routers, switches, and internet connectivity. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, possesses excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a strong desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT team with the maintenance of hardware, software, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with devices such as printers and computers.
• Provide in-person and phone support to staff and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
