Job Description
Sterling Bank Plc is seeking a qualified OND holder to join our team as an IT Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our staff, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve various technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure the maintenance of computer systems and networks.

Requirements:
- OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
