Job Description
Sigma Coatings Nigeria Limited is in search of a committed IT Support Officer to join our Lagos team. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for both hardware and software, troubleshooting related issues, and managing desktop and laptop computers. The IT Support Officer will also assist with printer support and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems across our manufacturing and warehousing facilities.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Hardware & Software, Network Troubleshooting.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will hold a degree and possess at least 4 years of mid-level experience. Responsibilities include supporting ERP systems, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity protocols.
