Job Description
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦100,00 – ₦150,00 monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to oversee and maintain our internal application. In this role, you will ensure the application operates seamlessly, assist employees with technical challenges, facilitate user onboarding, and enhance app functionality.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance for the internal application
- Training new users
- Monitoring application performance
- Coordinating system updates
- Assisting HR and Admin with app-related tasks
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, 1-2 years of IT support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
