30 Century is looking for a skilled IT Strategic Plan Writer to create a detailed 5-page IT Strategic Plan for the Service Desk Coordinator position. This strategic plan will cover a 12-month roadmap focusing on:
- A cloud-first, mobile-first, and customer-centric design
- Improvements in service delivery, including automation and self-service options
- Team development and comprehensive training programs
- Strategies for stakeholder engagement
- Protocols for risk and change management
