Job Description
We are seeking an on-site IT Site Support specialist in Apapa to maintain IT operations and ensure uptime for desktops, networks, and printers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, managing user accounts, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with remote teams for escalations.
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Proficient with Windows and Linux; basic networking (TCP/IP, switches)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus
- Must be available for occasional after-hours support and able to work on-site in Apapa
